Why Seoul & Busan?
Seoul is a massive, neon-soaked "intensity" trip where 600-year-old palaces sit next to futuristic skyscrapers. Busan is the cooler counterpart—a gritty but beautiful port city where you can eat world-class seafood at a street market and then walk five minutes to a white-sand beach backed by mountains.
Will I get college credit?
Yes. While not required for the trip, we encourage students to register for the Spring Semester: IDS 491 (1 Credit).
Do I have to make payments on the website?
You can pay here or at the Yochum Student Accounts office. Use account #11-20-211301-48323-31005. If paying at Yochum, please email nschmitt@capital.edu.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. All students need a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of the trip dates. More info on US passports here.
Can I use financial aid?
Please consult with the Financial Aid office in Yochum Hall early to see how your specific package applies to IDS 491.
