Parking Permits

Fall 2026–2027 parking permits will be available for purchase beginning July 1, 2026, at 10 a.m.

To obtain a permit, both steps below must be completed:

Step One: Click “Parking Application Login” at the bottom of this page to register your vehicle.

Step Two: Click “Parking Permit Application” in the upper-left corner of this page to select and purchase your permit type.

Both steps must be completed before a permit will be issued.

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. Three business days after ordering online, your permit will be ready for pickup at the Capital University Public Safety Office, located at 661 College Avenue.

Permits may be picked up from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

Permits will not be mailed. No reminder email will be sent.

Fall 2026 parking enforcement begins September 9, 2026. Please be sure your valid permit is displayed by that date.

Law School students should only complete Step One and obtain their permits at the Law School.

Spring semester parking permits are available for purchase annually beginning December 9 at 10 a.m.

Summer parking permits are available for purchase annually beginning May 1 at 10 a.m.
