First, Second, Third and Forth Year Commuter

2026–2027 Commuter “S” parking permits will be available for purchase beginning July 1, 2026, at 10 a.m.

“S” permits are available to first-, second-, third-, and fourth-year commuters who live more than 3/10 of a mile from campus.

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. Three days after purchasing online, your permit placard will be ready for pickup at the Capital University Public Safety Office, located at 661 College Avenue.

Permits may be picked up from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

Permits will not be mailed. No reminder email will be sent.

Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your permit.
